This notice describes the IG365 website at ig365.io. It does not describe the Dividend365 product, which has its own site.
What this site collects
If you send the data solutions form, IG365 receives the problem description, the categories you select, any note about the current process, the outcome you want, frequency and scale, your name, email, organisation if you give one, country, whether you are an individual or an organisation, and your preferred contact method. The contact form collects your message, name, email, organisation if you give one, and preferred contact method.
If you arrived from a campaign link, a first-party session cookie may store the landing page and the campaign parameters so they can be included with the enquiry. Optional analytics, if you allow it, records events such as a product link or a form submission. Those events are not supposed to contain your email or the text of the form.
The server may see your IP address in order to limit repeated form posts. That limit is kept in memory on the server. It is not a customer database.
What this site does not collect
There is no account, no payment, and no file upload. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or personal datasets through the forms. The forms are not a secure way to transfer a dataset.
Why
Enquiry details are used to review the problem and to contact you if it appears suitable for assessment. Contact messages are used to read and, where needed, reply. Campaign parameters are used to understand which page or link led to an enquiry. Analytics, only if allowed, is used to see which pages and actions were used. Rate limits are used to reduce abuse.
HubSpot
When the enquiry service is connected, the form is sent from this website’s server to IG365’s HubSpot account so the enquiry can be reviewed. The browser does not receive HubSpot credentials. If that connection is not configured, the site tells you the enquiry was not delivered and does not store it in a database here.
How long it is kept
TO BE CONFIRMED: the retention period for enquiry records. Until that period is confirmed, the operating intention is to keep an enquiry only for as long as needed to assess it and respond.
Who else receives it
IG365 does not sell the information collected through this website. The site is hosted so that it can be served over HTTPS. HubSpot is the intended system of record for enquiries once connected. Other processors are not named here until they are confirmed.
Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses, and you may be able to complain to a supervisory authority. A privacy contact email will be published on this page when it is confirmed. Until then, this site does not invent an address for those requests.
The site is not directed at children, and the forms should not be used to send information about children.
